One (1) Sharp AQUOS® LC-46E77U 46" LCD HDTV Retail value $1399. Prize is not transferable, and there are no substitutions. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.


ELEGIBILITY
Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States 18 years of age and older. Employees of Sixth Avenue Electronics are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. By entering, participants agree to be bound to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sixth Avenue Electronics. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.


DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION
The winner of the Sharp 46" LCD HDTV will be chosen via a random drawing from the aggregate of all eligible entries on May 3, 2010. Awarding of the prize will be conducted by Sixth Avenue Electronics, whose decision is final on all matters regarding this sweepstakes. Winner will be contacted via the email address he/she used to enter and will be asked to provide a mailing address, to which Sixth Avenue Electronics will send an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release and substitute W-9 for execution by the winner. If the winner does not respond with a mailing address within 72 hours of notification, a new winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.* The winner will be required to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility and Release and substitute W-9 (including Social Security Number) within 14 days of receipt. If the winner fails to return this required documentation within the specified time frame, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected. Any prizes returned as undeliverable will also be forfeited, and in this event another winner will also be selected. Prizes will be mailed to the U.S. mailing address provided by the winner.

Prize acceptance constitutes permission, except where prohibited, to use the winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes without compensation.
