Recommend additional products or services to meet customer needs.1-2+ years related experience is preferred.
Customer Service Representatives
Respond to customer requests and questions regarding service, products, and account information. Analyze and rectify customer concerns using established procedures. Must be comfortable using a computer to access and/or update customer records. Typically requires 6-12 months experience with company procedures, products, and services.

Sales Associates
If you’re enthusiastic about electronics, this is the job for you. Greet customers, provide product information, and close sales. 1-2+ years related experience is preferred. You’ll benefit from employee discounts in addition to our competitive compensation plan.
Customer Service Representatives
Use your interpersonal skills and resourcefulness to assist customers and answer their questions. 1+ years of customer service experience and above average PC skills are preferred.
Store Managers
Oversee operations to ensure efficiency and quality customer service, including sales support functions, customer service, inventory control, and store maintenance. 3-5+ years retail management experience is required. Computer proficiency is a plus.
Assistant Store Managers
Maintain day-to-day store functions and productivity. Must have strong merchandising skills and be able to motivate and support sales staff. This position requires a service oriented team player with strong problem solving skills in a fast paced environment. 2+ years retail management experience is required.
Cashiers
Process transactions courteously, accurately, and efficiently. Basic math and financial knowledge is required. Previous experience as a cashier is preferred.
Warehouse Personnel
Positions are available at all levels of logistics management, inventory control, receiving and shipping, supervisors, truck drivers (non CDL), machine operators, order selectors, clerical/data entry, stockroom, and building maintenance. The ability to climb and lift is essential.
Installation & Services
Custom Home Installers
Install all types of A/V equipment including TVs, speakers, receivers, amplifiers, control interfaces, and network equipment, as well as program wired and wireless touch and push pads and other types of user interfaces. Positions are available at all levels, both experienced installers and skilled enthusiasts are welcome to apply. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 100 pounds are required. A technical certification, such as a CEDIA certification, is big plus!
Custom Car Stereo Installers
Install all types of car stereo equipment, from factory replacements to custom systems. Applicants must have experience with car alarms, remote start systems, and factory security integration. Mobile video experience is preferred. 2+ years experience in a fast-paced installation shop is necessary and MECP certification is a plus!
Electronic Service Technician
Provide electronic repair support for the repair department. Candidate must possess 3+ years experience repairing TVs, camcorders, and other consumer products. Technical excellence and troubleshooting expertise are a must. |
