Keep all product packaging
Read your rebate carefully and keep everything until you send it out. Most rebates require the UPC code and/or serial number off of the original box. You will need to cut these directly off the packaging. Always check to make sure your product works before cutting off the UPC code from the box.
Make a copy of your receipt
Many rebates require you to send your original receipt. Be sure to make a copy for your records. If you need another copy of your receipt, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-877-684-2831 or send an email to customerservice@6ave.com.
Make Copies
Don’t send your rebate until you’ve made copies of everything. Should your rebate somehow get lost, you don’t want to lose your chance to receive your refund. By making copies of all documentation before sending in your claim, you ensure the ability to resubmit it if necessary.
Act Fast
Check the due date on your rebate as soon as you make your purchase and send in your rebate as soon as possible. You may have as little as one week to do so.
