What’s needed to claim a rebate varies by product and manufacturer, Therefore, it’s important to save the product packaging and read all documentation carefully.

Keep all product packaging
Read your rebate carefully and keep everything until you send it out. Most rebates require the UPC code and/or serial number off of the original box.  You will need to cut these directly off the packaging. Always check to make sure your product works before cutting off the UPC code from the box.

Make a copy of your receipt

Many rebates require you to send your original receipt.  Be sure to make a copy for your records.  If you need another copy of your receipt, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-877-684-2831 or send an email to customerservice@6ave.com

Make Copies
Don’t send your rebate until you’ve made copies of everything. Should your rebate somehow get lost, you don’t want to lose your chance to receive your refund.  By making copies of all documentation before sending in your claim, you ensure the ability to resubmit it if necessary.

Act Fast
Check the due date on your rebate as soon as you make your purchase and send in your rebate as soon as possible.  You may have as little as one week to do so.

We offer 2 types of rebates: 6ave.com rebates, processed through Sixth Avenue Electronics, and manufacturer rebates that are processed directly through the manufacturer.

What will I need to get a rebate?

Most rebates require a rebate form, your receipt, and the UPC code located on the product’s packaging.  Check the specific rebate for required documentation.

How long will it take to receive my rebate?

Most customers receive their rebates within 8 weeks of the date the manufacturer receives the necessary rebate documentation.

How can I get another copy of my receipt?

Please contact Customer Service at 1-877-684-2831 or customerservice@6ave.com for another copy of your purchase receipt.
